Your funds stay inside your own broker account at all times. Traydin Lab never holds, custodies, or has withdrawal rights over your capital. We only have permissions to place trades on your behalf — nothing more.

No. The link between our engine and your broker is execute-only. It is technically impossible for us to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds — we can only place and manage trades.

A supported US-regulated stock broker. We strongly recommend regulated brokers (SEC/FINRA, FCA, ASIC, CySEC). Our advisors will recommend brokers tailored to your jurisdiction during onboarding.

Yes. Every connection between our engine and your broker uses TLS 1.3 encryption on a dedicated VPS in your region. We never store broker credentials on our servers.

Yes. You can pause the engine, close open positions, or disconnect completely from your dashboard — at any time, with no notice period, no penalties, and no questions asked.

TRAYDIN LAB-EQUITY compounds over a longer horizon, at a 45.50% CAGR historically. To be explicit: past performance is not a guarantee of future results — some months will underperform, and we plan around that, not against it.

Per-trade risk is capped at 1.4%. TRAYDIN LAB-EQUITY's deepest peak-to-trough was 5.96% across its track record from August 2020 to May 2026. The engine automatically throttles position size during high-volatility events to keep these limits in place.

For scheduled events (NFP, FOMC, CPI), the engine either pauses new entries or scales down position size. For unscheduled shocks, our adaptive risk layer reduces exposure within seconds.

Yes. Trading carries genuine risk of loss, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our engine is built to manage that risk systematically — but no trading system, automated or human, is ever risk-free.

All performance is independently tracked via FX Blue on live client accounts (with permission, anonymised). We never present backtests or simulated results as if they were live data.

Pricing is tiered by capital allocation, with a transparent monthly licence fee and a performance share above a high-water mark. Specific figures are walked through on your strategy call — they vary by jurisdiction and engine mix.

We don't offer a free trial on the live engine, but every advisor call includes a live demonstration on real accounts. You'll see precisely what the engine is doing in real time before you commit to anything.

Cancel any time from your dashboard or by email. No notice period required. The broker connection terminates within an hour, and any open positions can be closed or left for you to manage manually.

Every client is assigned a named advisor, reachable by email, phone, and a private support channel. Response times are under 4 hours during market hours and under 24 hours otherwise.
